• 3+ years of machine learning experience in search and natural language processing.
• Proven experience in LLM post-training techniques such as SFT, RLHF, and Reward Modeling.
• Hands-on experience building reinforcement learning pipelines and training agents.
• MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Deep expertise in reinforcement learning-based post-training on LLM models.

• Design and develop advanced Reinforcement Learning technologies for generative models.
