Job description
The New Product Introduction Operations Program Manager (NPI OPM) at Apple is responsible for launching products on time with high quality and maximum customer availability. This role is pivotal in the dynamic development and launch of Apple's products, requiring strong leadership and organizational skills. The NPI OPM will collaborate with various teams within Apple, including core product development and operations. A successful candidate will thrive in an ambiguous environment and excel in program and project management.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Product/Program Management.
- MS or BS Degree is required.
- Strong leadership skills and a self-motivated, proactive attitude.
- Detail-oriented with a hands-on approach and results-driven mindset.
- Solid communication skills to build strong relationships and influence cross-functional teams.
- Technical expertise and prior OEM management experience.
- MBA is a plus.
