  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Strong programming skills in any programming language, preferably Swift, Objective-C, or C++
  • Deep understanding of data structures, memory management, and concurrency
  • Demonstrated ability to translate user experience design into technical requirements
  • Solid cross-functional collaboration and technical communication skills
  • Experience shipping customer-facing features or products to production at scale
  • Experience developing for Apple platforms using Apple system frameworks like SwiftUI and ARKit
  • Experience building and shipping features using LLMs and/or Machine Learning algorithms
  • Experience processing sensor data and/or developing AR applications
  • Experience developing and validating personalization features with sensitive data
  • Experience developing under strict privacy and security constraints
  • Experience developing system software or frameworks, including API definition and performance optimization

Responsibilities

  • Write software using Swift and evaluate AI/ML algorithms.
  • Debug complex cross-device interactions and contribute to high-quality production code.
  • Apply excellent UX intuition to identify and shape feature opportunities.
  • Iterate with design teams to define technical requirements that drive development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and build user-facing features.

Benefits

  • Employees at Apple are often offered comprehensive benefits that support physical and mental well-being—flexible medical plans, confidential counseling, onsite wellness centers at major campuses, and resources for fitness and daily life. Families typically receive fertility support, paid parental leave with gradual return, caregiving leave, and dependent-care guidance, while financial perks commonly include stock grants (with purchase discounts), 401(k) matching, and income-protection coverage. Employees also see robust time off, Apple University learning and tuition reimbursement, donation matching and paid volunteer hours, and deep product and partner discounts.
