The role involves driving Data Programs that support machine learning features in collaboration with R&D partners. The team focuses on building high-quality ML datasets at scale for various Apple products. This position requires overseeing the entire process from conceptualization to completion while ensuring data quality standards are met. • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with program/project management.
• Excellent program/project management, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in problem-solving and critical thinking with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Scripting skills in Python to automate tasks and compute metrics.

• Oversee the end-to-end process for machine learning data needs of R&D partners.
• Ensure that the data delivered meets Apple's rigorous quality standards.
• Drive data acquisition, data synthesis, data science, annotation, and data QA.
• Handle ambiguity, identify risks, and troubleshoot effectively.
• Manage multiple projects in parallel while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
