Job description
This role is for a multifaceted engineer within Apple's Silicon Technologies group, focused on developing system level test programs for SoC devices. The engineer will work on complex challenges related to power and performance measurements for next-generation products. Collaboration with various multi-functional teams is essential to identify issues and implement corrective actions. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 3 years of experience in system level characterization
- Experience with functional and worst case use cases correlating to ATE
- Understanding of PDN impact on Vmin and ATE test content
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in statistical data analysis tools
Responsibilities
- Perform measurements that impact SoC power and performance for next generation products.
- Collaborate with design, validation, test, manufacturing, and software teams to identify issues.
- Develop case tests and benchmarks for production testing and characterization.
- Characterize multiple test setups and optimize production screening guardband.
- Define characterization plans and perform statistical data analysis.
- Manage multiple programs at different stages and serve as the central point of contact for teams.
