• Experience with functional and worst case use cases correlating to ATE
• Understanding of PDN impact on Vmin and ATE test content

• Perform measurements that impact SoC power and performance for next generation products.
• Collaborate with design, validation, test, manufacturing, and software teams to identify issues.
• Develop case tests and benchmarks for production testing and characterization.
• Characterize multiple test setups and optimize production screening guardband.
• Define characterization plans and perform statistical data analysis.
• Manage multiple programs at different stages and serve as the central point of contact for teams.
