Job description
This role is for a multifaceted engineer within Apple's Silicon Technologies group, focusing on developing system level test programs for SoC devices. The engineer will work on next-generation, high-performance processors and collaborate with various teams to ensure product quality and performance. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience in a related field.
- Experience with system level characterization using functional and worst-case use cases.
- Understanding of PDN impact on Vmin and ATE test content.
- Experience working with and driving cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in statistical data analysis tools for high volume characterization.
Responsibilities
- Perform measurements that impact SoC power and performance for next generation products.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
- Work closely with ATE and software teams to develop case tests and benchmarks for production testing.
- Characterize multiple test setups and optimize production screening guardband for each system.
- Define characterization plans and perform statistical data analysis.
- Manage multiple programs at different stages and serve as the central point of contact for multiple teams.
