• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3 years of experience in system level characterization using functional and worst case use cases.
• Understanding of PDN impact on Vmin and ATE test content.
• Experience working with and driving cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in statistical data analysis tools for high volume characterization.

• Perform measurements that impact SoC power and performance for next generation products.
• Collaborate with design, validation, test, manufacturing, and software teams to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Work closely with ATE and software teams to develop case tests and benchmarks for production testing.
• Characterize multiple test setups and optimize production screening guardband for each system.
• Define characterization plans and perform statistical data analysis.
• Act as the central point of contact for multiple teams with direct impact on product.
