Job description
The role is for an experienced analyst in the Worldwide Product Launch Readiness team at Apple, focusing on managing new product introductions and sustaining initiatives across various teams. The analyst will connect cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches while maintaining confidentiality. Key tasks include analyzing supply chain data, establishing milestones, and driving continuous process improvements. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and capable of multitasking under dynamic timelines.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree or 7 years of relevant work experience preferred
- Highly effective communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Exceptional ability to build relationships in a matrix organization
- In-depth experience in program and/or project management
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems into actionable plans
- Maniacal attention to details
- Proven track record of success leading complex global projects in New Product Introductions, Supply Demand Planning, Order Management, or Logistics
- Ability to analyze and spot anomalies in large datasets
Responsibilities
- Socialize, debate, and establish the Launch Plan of Record for key dates.
- Analyze supply chain data to understand dependencies, gates, and milestones.
- Prepare cross-functional operational teams on new product launch plans.
- Ensure that launch deliverables are on track and systems are set up for execution.
- Assess regulatory impacts on existing products and define a compliance strategy.
- Influence launch strategy decisions through data analysis and collaboration.
- Analyze and align on product assortment strategies by market and channel.
- Partner with E-Commerce and IT teams for online store setup and testing.
- Drive post-mortem analysis for each launch to identify opportunities for improvement.
