Job description

The Power UPF Engineer role at Silicon Technologies involves enhancing Unified Power Format (UPF) methodologies for low-power chip design. You will be part of a dynamic silicon design group focused on developing state-of-the-art ASICs for mobile SOCs. The position emphasizes the integration of AI/ML technologies to optimize UPF processes and methodologies. Your contributions will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless integration and rigorous verification of power intent across mobile products.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Expertise in UPF implementation and verification.
  • Proficiency in scripting with languages like Python and Tcl.
  • Understanding of CMOS power design principles.
  • Experience applying AI/ML to coding and workflow optimization.
  • Knowledge of multi-voltage static verification tools.
  • Familiarity with the complete RTL-to-GDSII design flow.
  • Strong communication abilities for effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
