• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) systems, bill of materials, sheets, and ad hoc analysis.
• 2 years of experience with configuration management.
• Experience with interdependencies from a power, networking, and physical interface perspective.

• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand defined work problems and program goals.
• Prioritize program goals by translating stakeholder needs into actionable deliverables.
• Define the scope of projects and develop, execute, or manage project plans for supported programs.
• Review key metrics pertaining to a program and monitor potential metric deviations.
