Job description

This role is part of the Wireless Hardware group, focusing on enhancing wireless connectivity through innovative system-on-chip designs. The team aims to improve product performance and create new experiences leveraging advancements in sensor technology. The position involves working with cutting-edge technologies to empower connectivity across various domains. Candidates will contribute to the development of world-renowned wireless systems that connect customers to their devices.

Requirements

  • BS degree and a minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience.
  • Strong experience with Python, Matlab, Perl, Javascript, C/C++, or C#.
  • Experience with automation infrastructure development and related tools such as GIT, CI, and reporting tools.
  • Solid understanding of wireless networking principles, protocols, and standards, particularly WiFi6/7.
  • Proven experience in software architecture with a focus on regression automation frameworks for wireless hardware.
  • Hands-on experience with WiFi testing tools and equipment.
  • Experience in designing firmware-based algorithms involving MAC-PHY interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Improve the performance of products through innovative system-on-chip designs.
  • Build platform architecture that enables new customer experiences.
  • Ensure seamless connectivity for customers with their devices.
  • Develop test automation including equipment drivers and automation scripts.
  • Implement codes in Python and firmware for PHY configurations.
