• 7+ years of professional experience in product, project, or program management roles.
• Broad experience with Contact Center and/or e-Commerce systems and technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
• BA/BS degree in a technical field or 11+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with generative AI and agentic capabilities in customer-facing environments.
• Familiarity with delivering AI-enabled solutions at scale, considering data privacy and security.

• Lead diverse and complex projects from conception through implementation.
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver scalable and efficient customer-centric processes.
• Drive initiatives with total ownership in a hands-on role.
• Act as an interface between business and technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Understand and explain complex business processes and their impacts.
