The Program/Project Manager will be part of the Customer Systems and Support team at Apple, focusing on enhancing the digital shopping experience for customers. Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in product, project, or program management roles.
- Broad experience with Contact Center and/or e-Commerce systems and technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
- BA/BS degree in a technical field or 11+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience with generative AI and agentic capabilities in customer-facing environments.
- Familiarity with delivering AI-enabled solutions at scale, considering data privacy and security.
Responsibilities
- Lead diverse and complex projects from conception through implementation.
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver scalable and efficient customer-centric processes.
- Drive initiatives with total ownership in a hands-on role.
- Act as an interface between business and technical teams to ensure alignment.
- Understand and explain complex business processes and their impacts.
