This role is part of the Silicon Technologies group, focusing on the design and manufacture of next-generation, high-performance, power-efficient processors and GPUs. Candidates will work on micro-architecture specifications and optimizations while analyzing workloads to identify improvement opportunities.

• Experience with CPU or GPU architecture and micro-architecture concepts
• Experience in areas such as cache, memory subsystem, on-chip interconnect network, data compression, or GPU pipeline
• Minimum of a BS degree and 10+ years of relevant experience
• Knowledge in C/C++
• Experience in scripting languages such as Perl, Python, and Ruby
• Proficiency in high performance, low power designs
• Proficiency in Verilog/System Verilog and HDL
• Hands-on experience with RTL or architectural modeling
• Ability to work in an environment of uncertainty and navigate through ambiguities
• Strong communication, influence, and negotiation skills
