• Minimum requirement of a BS degree and 10 years of relevant industry experience
• Experience with custom design environments and transistor level EM/IR analysis
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Perl, or C/C++
• Hands-on experience developing transistor level EM/IR analysis and automations for improved accuracy and performance
• Knowledge of EM/IR analysis tools, including their working principles and methods
• Familiarity with custom design environments and flows, including schematic/layout design, simulation, extraction, and physical verification
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to root-cause technical challenges and communicate solutions

• Support transistor level power/signal EM and/or IR solutions that scale with accuracy and capacity challenges
• Enhance the custom transistor level EM/IR methodology
• Collaborate with various design groups to address their circuit verification requirements across different processes
• Partner with design, CAD, and EDA teams to identify flow deficiencies and deliver state-of-the-art solutions
