• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 12 years of experience in electronics packaging, server systems, data centers, or a related industry.
• 12 years of experience with thermal analysis modeling and characterization.
• 5 years of experience leading technical programs and product development.

• Lead architectural design of thermal systems and next-generation technologies from concept to production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders and external partners to improve design and development processes.
• Act as a technical leader with in-depth thermal knowledge of IT equipment systems.
• Develop specifications and test procedures to ensure reliability and performance of electronic equipment.
