The Wafer Fab Manufacturing Engineer role at Raxium involves working on innovative semiconductor materials display technology that enhances user experiences in augmented reality and light-field displays. This position is part of a team dedicated to developing custom silicon solutions for Google's products. The engineer will be responsible for monitoring and supporting fabrication processes while ensuring efficiency and consistency. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, Optics, Material Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5 years of experience in a production semiconductor wafer fab clean room environment.
- Ability to work non-standard hours, including rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, sustain, and support fabrication processes in areas such as lithography, thin film, etch, and metrology.
- Work with engineers to review, propose, optimize, and implement wafer fabrication processes and new equipment.
- Enhance process control plans and capabilities through best manufacturing methods and statistical process control.
- Drive problem resolution processes associated with quality excursions in the fab area.
- Document process specifications, procedures, and train technicians.
