• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in micro-architecture and design of ASIC blocks.
• Experience in designing and implementing Register-Transfer Level (RTL) for blocks such as CPUs, GPUs, caches, or Memory Management Units.
• Experience in micro-architecture/design performance analysis, tools, and simulators.

• Explore and evaluate different micro-architecture and design choices for power- and performance-efficient memory systems.
• Author hardware micro-architecture specifications for next-generation memory systems.
• Analyze performance and power trade-offs in memory system designs.
• Collaborate with hardware design, verification, emulation, and validation teams to build and test hardware architecture.
