The Product Engineer in Product Operations at Google will be part of a team focused on developing custom silicon solutions for Google's consumer products. This role involves driving progress in manufacturing and testing processes while mentoring junior team members. The engineer will work closely with design and operations engineering to implement manufacturing plans and ensure product quality. This position is critical in shaping the next generation of hardware experiences that deliver exceptional performance and efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of work experience developing supply chains in manufacturing and test.
• 8 years of experience in manufacturing and test.
• Experience working with Original Device Manufacturer (ODMs), contract manufacturers, and component suppliers for Hardware in data center networking topology.
• Experience with high speed optical and copper network infrastructure design and testing methodologies.

• Lead as NPI operations technical lead and owner of the manufacturing plan.
• Conduct reviews between design and operations engineering to drive key deliverables.
• Provide on-site and remote support for pre-production builds and ensure factory readiness.
• Lead the technology assessment for new products and influence design decisions.
• Collaborate with quality and reliability engineers to establish NPI and production targets.
