  • Experience in analog/mixed-signal IC development.
  • Experience with board-level design constraints, power assessment, or analysis.
  • Experience with creating design of experiments and troubleshooting or performing root-cause analysis.
  • MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering with relevant industry experience.
  • Experience in low-power, low-noise sensing and/or signal processing.
  • Experience with embedded systems and/or MCU-based custom silicon designs.
  • Experience with software/hardware co-design methodologies.
  • Experience optimizing designs across multiple disciplines including hardware/firmware partitioning, trade-off assessments, and design verification.
  • Experience with C development from architecture through high-volume production ramp.
  • Experience working cross-functionally to drive engineering projects to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative camera technology.
  • Architect and develop custom silicon ICs for computational photography.
  • Drive engineering projects to completion while ensuring design optimization.
  • Conduct design of experiments and perform troubleshooting or root-cause analysis.
  • Assess power requirements and board-level design constraints.

Benefits

  • Employees at Apple are often offered comprehensive benefits that support physical and mental well-being—flexible medical plans, confidential counseling, onsite wellness centers at major campuses, and resources for fitness and daily life. Families typically receive fertility support, paid parental leave with gradual return, caregiving leave, and dependent-care guidance, while financial perks commonly include stock grants (with purchase discounts), 401(k) matching, and income-protection coverage.
