• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience in electrical design, including system-level architecture and integration
• 3+ years of experience with analog/digital circuit design and embedded systems
• Knowledge of PCB stackup and material selection for optimal signal integrity and EMC performance
• Proficiency with industry-standard design, simulation, and analysis tools such as Cadence, Altium, SPICE, or MATLAB
• Hands-on experience with lab equipment including oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers
• Understanding of EMC/EMI design techniques and compliance standards
• Experience managing projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership and cross-functional teams
• Experience in product lifecycle management and release processes

• Define and drive electrical architecture, system integration, and technical strategy for assigned projects
• Create schematics, support PCB layout, and perform design reviews
• Conduct hardware bring-up, debugging, and support for manufacturing and operational readiness at scale
• Lead product validation and release activities, including test plan development and execution
• Ensure designs meet EMC/EMI compliance and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing
• Support prototype builds, design verification testing, and production validation
• Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and release artifacts
