The role is focused on building revolutionary transactional database technology within the Aurora DSQL team at AWS. This team is responsible for developing services that facilitate data movement into and out of DSQL, including Backup, Restore, and Change Data Capture. Candidates will apply their expertise in distributed systems architecture to solve complex problems and optimize performance. • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards and operations
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
