The Senior Performance Engineer will lead the testing and optimization of advanced mechatronic automation systems within a cross-functional team at Amazon. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent industrial background
• 5+ years of demonstrated Engineering experience in an automation, robotics, or manufacturing environment
• 5+ years of engineering project management experience
• Experience with complex projects in operations, processes, or performance improvement
• Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent
• Experience in PLC programming
• Experience with EAM Tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
