• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in developing functional specifications, design verification plans, and functional test procedures
• Knowledge of SolidWorks or similar CAD experience
• Experience in prototyping and designing complex mechanical products
• Experience collaborating and influencing multiple teams across organizations
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent is preferred
• Proficiency with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software

• Work with an interdisciplinary team to execute product designs from concept to production.
• Own the detailed design and performance of a robotics design.
• Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality organizations to ensure a smooth product launch.
• Write functional specifications, design verification plans, and functional test procedures.
• Exhibit role model behaviors of mechanical engineering best practices and thorough engineering analysis.
• Design and adapt holistic hardware solutions for ambiguous problems with fluid requirements.
