You will collaborate with various teams to understand customer needs and architect scalable solutions. The position involves leading design and manufacturing partners to ensure high-quality server deployment. • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience with design and manufacturing processes.
• 5+ years of experience leading ODMs and other suppliers in product development.
• In-depth expertise in server technologies such as thermal, mechanical design, and signal integrity.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field is preferred.
• 10+ years of hardware development experience focusing on system/server development for large scale applications.
• Experience with server validation and issue root causing.
• Proficient scripting, debugging abilities, and Linux operations commands.

• Own and lead the design and development of server products.
• Work closely with customers to understand their technical needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to execute product design from concept to production.
• Oversee the fleet of servers developed, monitoring quality and customer requirements.
• Continuously look for ways to improve product performance, quality, and cost.
