• 5+ years of hardware development, test lab, space/aerospace maintenance or hands-on engineering environment experience
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work well with teams of hardware and software engineers
• Experience using common electronics test equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, and function generators
• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

• Architect and assemble test racks, integrating PXIe chassis, programmable power supplies, and switching matrices for electrical support equipment.
• Execute clean wiring using custom-labeled looms and EMI shielding, and design breakout boxes to interface the Unit Under Test with instrumentation.
• Design and build custom test fixtures and Automated Test Equipment for PCBA and full-system validation for recurring builds.
• Characterize performance and signal integrity using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators to resolve complex hardware issues.
• Configure and troubleshoot instrument communication buses, including GPIB, LAN, and PXIe.
• Author Standard Operating Procedures and meticulous test reports to ensure data-driven flight readiness.
