• 3+ years of technical support experience or a Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Experience documenting technical customer issues and 1+ years of customer-facing IT role or physical security systems/infrastructure work experience
• 3+ years of customer service experience
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

• Respond, acknowledge, investigate, and dispatch critical alarms
• Monitor the facility infrastructure platform
• Perform change management tasks
• Create and issue tickets
• Follow verbal and written directions
• Maintain an intermediate level of understanding of critical infrastructure
