• Experience and strong technical background in relevant fields of automated or non-automated material handling equipment

• Master's degree in engineering, mechanical, operations, supply chain, business administration, or equivalent STEM field
• Experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma and other operations engineer tools

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of complex cross-functional engineering programs with significant operational impact.
• Define project scope, objectives, delivery timelines, and budgets while analyzing operational and engineering data.
• Develop deep technical expertise in material handling and automation systems.
• Deep dive technical solutions involving advanced automation technologies and material handling equipment.
• Lead coordination between internal engineering teams, operations, and external vendors.
• Facilitate and contribute to engineering and design reviews.
• Manage project financials and vendor deliverables including RFP development and contract negotiations.
• Build strong partnerships with SSD Fulfillment Center leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Identify and lead process improvement initiatives that enhance system reliability and operational performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
• Travel up to 60% across North America to support site launches and operational engineering initiatives.
