The Software Development Engineer role within the Analytics ADC team focuses on delivering AWS Analytics cloud services in air-gapped environments. The team is dedicated to innovation, automation, and modernization, working closely with government customers to meet their specific needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, particularly in Linux and networking, and will be passionate about solving complex problems. This position requires an active TS/SCI security clearance and emphasizes a culture of fun and collaboration.
Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility or above
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards and operations experience
- Experience communicating with users and technical teams to collect requirements and describe software product features
Responsibilities
- Develop, build, and operate AWS Analytics services that optimize customer data.
- Work cross-functionally to resolve contentious issues and foster constructive dialogue.
- Lead the resolution of technical issues and improve customer experience.
- Build and deploy solutions across thousands of devices.
- Contribute to ticket resolution, infrastructure improvements, and service deployments.
