The Production Engineer at Amazon will join the Event Productions team to create and deliver exceptional live experiences for various events. This role involves operating production equipment during live events and supporting both in-person and livestreaming formats. The team values collaboration and innovation, focusing on high-quality event experiences for internal and external audiences. The Production Engineer will also travel regionally and globally to provide operational support as needed.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Design, program, and operate live events ranging from corporate meetings to concerts.
- Provide technical direction for audio, video, lighting, and livestreaming.
- Support hybrid events through both onsite and remote operations.
- Install and optimize Production equipment in various venues.
- Collaborate with event organizers and AV teams to deliver excellent experiences.
- Travel up to 50% to support global events.
- Prepare and organize technical equipment needs before events.
- Conduct equipment testing and signal flow verification.
- Coordinate with organizers on technical requirements.
- Operate production equipment for live events.
- Provide real-time technical support across audio, video, and lighting.
- Adapt quickly to changing customer needs during events.
- Ensure consistent quality throughout productions.
- Manage equipment strike and storage after events.
- Participate in event feedback and improvement discussions.
