• 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 1+ years of designing or architecting new and existing systems experience
• 1+ years of administrative experience in networking, storage systems, and operating systems
• Knowledge of systems engineering fundamentals including networking and storage
• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, C++, or Java
• Experience with Linux/Unix
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering

• Be a member of a team responsible for system remediation and operational excellence on ML products
• Utilize data to root cause hardware failures and identify trends in complex systems
• Implement and improve system level testing across the product lifecycle
• Develop maintainable and reusable software solutions
• Dive deep on issues at the intersection of hardware and software
• Maximize the health and customer experience of the ML server platform
• Review dashboards to identify trends and triage emergent issues
• Partner with hardware and software engineering teams to debug and investigate findings
