The FOC Engineer role is crucial for supporting onsite operations teams by providing remote monitoring of Data Center infrastructure. This position is part of the Facility Operations Center, which serves as the Command Center for AWS Data Centers. The team is responsible for monitoring critical facility infrastructure globally and initiating immediate event responses. • 3+ years of technical support experience, or a Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Experience documenting technical customer issues.
• 1+ years of customer-facing IT role or physical security systems/infrastructure work experience.
• Experience in data center engineering.
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.

• Provide remote monitoring of Data Center infrastructure.
• Support onsite operations teams in maintaining critical facility infrastructure.
• Initiate immediate event responses for Data Center critical teams.
