Job description
The Ops Trust Team at Amazon is focused on managing privacy and AI compliance within the Worldwide Operations Organization. This role requires a leader who acts as a subject matter expert in AI compliance and privacy, collaborating with legal and technology teams to support strategic initiatives. The position emphasizes the responsible use of AI and ensuring compliance with privacy obligations. Candidates must thrive in a dynamic environment and be comfortable dealing with ambiguity while driving results.
Requirements
- 4+ years of non-internship background in troubleshooting systems issues, analyzing logs, or automating complex tasks using command line tools.
- 5+ years of work experience in identifying security issues and risks, and developing mitigation plans.
- 4+ years of non-internship experience in scripting, programming, and security code review in common programming languages.
- Knowledge of at least two programming languages such as Scala, Java, Python, C/C++, or Go.
- Experience in industry-based security vulnerabilities identification, attack patterns, and remediation techniques.
Responsibilities
- Act as an expert on Artificial Intelligence and Privacy Requirements.
- Support the development and implementation of Compliant and Responsible AI by Design and Privacy by Design.
- Develop technical architecture for Responsible AI by Design and Privacy by Design for newly released applications.
- Conduct AI compliance and privacy reviews and guide builders through their design to ensure privacy obligations are met.
- Develop AI and Privacy Engineering strategy to contribute to the overall Ops Trust strategic vision.
