Job description

The Microsoft Security Customer Experience Engineering (CxE) Team is seeking an experienced Intune engineer to enhance customer experiences with the Intune service. This role involves resolving complex technical issues and collaborating with software engineering teams to improve product quality. The engineer will engage with critical customer accounts, provide mission-critical support, and drive process improvements. A passion for customer success and a strong technical background are essential for this position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics/Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in the technology industry, cloud, technical support, and/or customer experience engineering.
  • Demonstrated experience and hands-on expertise in Intune/Microsoft management solutions.
  • Experience with Client-Side Support, Hardware/OS, and Networking.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage tools, telemetry, and product expertise to resolve complex technical issues faced by customers.
  • Partner with software engineering to review architecture/design and provide feedback on customer experience.
  • Engage with critical customer accounts to provide mission-critical support as they leverage Intune.
  • Drive bugs and DCRs stemming from product usage directly with Software Engineering.
  • Identify trends that generate customer calls and use that data to drive product improvements.
