The manager will also be responsible for defining technical roadmaps and ensuring best practices in code quality and documentation. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development, including experience with distributed systems and large-scale backend infrastructure.
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, including defining technical roadmaps and managing execution for a software engineering team.
• 3 years of experience with full stack development, including back-end languages such as Java, Python, Golang, or C++, and front-end technologies like JavaScript or TypeScript.
• 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.

• Identify and propose new ways to leverage technology, automation, and AI to accelerate the trust and safety mission.
• Lead critical technical initiatives for trust and safety, from requirements gathering to implementation and deployment.
• Define and own the technical roadmap for the team, translating goals into executable engineering workstreams.
• Guide the team in building scalable, reliable, and high-quality AI-powered solutions and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define and evolve the product roadmap for the organization's technology stack.
