The Senior Display Engineer will design, characterize, and validate the optical and electrical performance of OLED displays while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors. This role involves defining performance specifications, managing supplier relationships, and troubleshooting issues throughout the product development lifecycle. The engineer will work closely with optical, mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to create innovative consumer products. The position requires a hands-on approach to manufacturing and validating designs in real time.

• Bachelor's degree in display engineering, electrical engineering, physics, materials science, or related fields with 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Expertise in OLED device physics, optoelectronics, materials, or processes.
• Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Python, MATLAB, C++, or similar.
• Master's or PhD in display engineering, electrical engineering, physics, materials science, or related fields with 5+ years of relevant industry experience is preferred.
• Technical knowledge in OLED Evaporation, Encapsulation, color filter process/material, and Cell process/material.

• Design and define the electro-optical architecture and performance specifications for OLED displays.
• Design and execute test plans to characterize and validate display performance, analyze results, and identify root causes for any issues.
• Investigate and resolve complex process issues using techniques like failure analysis and design of experiments (DOE).
• Use and expand on optoelectronic models and simulation tools and contribute to the development and refinement of manufacturing processes.
• Work effectively across cross-functional teams and partner well with people at all levels within the organization.
