Job description

The Principal Data Scientist at CoreAI will play a crucial role in empowering developers and organizations through Artificial Intelligence. This position is part of the Growth and Data Science team, which focuses on delivering insights and tools to drive product strategy and growth. The ideal candidate will have strong cross-team collaboration skills and the ability to translate product questions into actionable data science investigations. The role emphasizes the importance of effective communication with various stakeholders and the operationalization of data models and reporting.

Requirements

  • Doctorate in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field AND 5+ years data-science experience.
  • Master's Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field AND 7+ years data-science experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field AND 10+ years data science experience.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Supply executives with time-critical analyses that steer major investment decisions.
  • Drive alignment across executives and diverse stakeholders through trusted partnerships, compelling analysis, and effective communication.
  • Identify and prioritize high ROI data opportunities for individual work and the broader team.
  • Contribute actively to the infrastructure and culture needed to scale quantity and quality of data insights across CoreAI.
  • Mentor other data scientists, engineers, and PMs.
  • Operationalize models and reporting.
  • Leverage AI to accelerate workflows and amplify team productivity.
