The role involves leading the design and development of server products within the AWS Hardware Engineering team. You will collaborate with various teams to understand customer needs and architect scalable solutions. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in design, innovation, research and development, manufacturing, or related fields.
- In-depth expertise in server technologies such as thermal, mechanical design, and signal integrity.
- Experience leading engineering teams or mentoring others.
- 3+ years of new hardware product development experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical solutions for complex storage and accelerator server architectural challenges.
- Own end-to-end system reliability and proactively identify deficiencies.
- Design and implement solutions for system-level issues at large scale.
- Collaborate with hardware, software, and product management teams.
- Develop and implement diagnostic tools for production systems.
