• 8 - 10 years of relevant machine learning or data science experience in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
• 8 - 10 years of experience managing a high-performing data science team.
• Strong programming and analytical ability with expertise in SQL and Python, including libraries such as TensorFlow, scipy, scikit-learn, and PyTorch.
• Experience with modern workflow orchestration tools used in machine learning, such as Metaflow, ZenFlow, or Airflow.

• Scope and plan technical projects in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Provide technical review and architecture oversight for data science initiatives.
• Manage recruitment and oversee the end-to-end talent development process, including performance reviews and promotion recommendations.
• Identify infrastructure needs and onboard appropriate solutions for the team.
