• 8 - 10 years of relevant machine learning or data science experience in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
• 8 - 10 years of experience managing a high-performing data science team.
• Strong programming and analytical skills with expertise in SQL and Python, including libraries such as TensorFlow, scipy, scikit-learn, PyTorch, and statsmodels.
• Experience with modern workflow orchestration tools used in machine learning, such as Metaflow, ZenFlow, or Airflow.
• Experience with generative AI, large language models, or agentic workflows in a production setting is a plus.

• Scope and plan technical projects in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Provide technical review and architecture oversight for projects.
• Manage recruitment and the end-to-end talent development process for team members.
• Conduct performance reviews, make promotion recommendations, and provide 360 feedback.
• Identify infrastructure needs and onboard appropriate solutions.
