This position is part of the Foundations team, which focuses on the end-to-end experience of discovering, buying, and selling tickets. The designer will be responsible for creating and maintaining a robust design system that promotes consistency and efficiency. • 5+ years of professional experience as a product or visual designer, including hands-on experience building or maintaining a design system for web or mobile apps.
• Expertise in Figma, with a strong ability to execute design work at a high level of craft and accuracy.
• Demonstrated success leading workstreams in ambiguous environments with evolving product development processes.
• A portfolio showcasing attention to detail, collaborative work, and strong visual design.
• Bachelor's degree in HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Own the growth and maintenance of Figma component and variable libraries, ensuring they are high-quality and aligned with design system standards.
• Partner closely with design system engineers on the design and implementation of design system components.
• Collaborate with product teams to design and refine components for web and native apps.
• Define and evolve scalable frameworks and patterns for AI features that enable dynamic content experiences.
• Actively support product teams by providing feedback and guidance on using design system components effectively.
• Create and maintain design system documentation, ensuring accuracy and discoverability.
• Identify gaps and opportunities in the design system and contribute to its vision.
