The Product Delivery Manager at Bloomberg will act as a strategic delivery partner within the Engineering COO Office, focusing on enhancing product delivery through collaboration with Engineering, Product, and Data teams. This role emphasizes product-centric thinking and aims to align delivery decisions with customer needs and measurable outcomes. The manager will oversee specific product or platform areas, advocating for effective delivery frameworks and continuous improvement. This hybrid position requires a balance of strategic influence and hands-on execution to drive successful product outcomes.

• 4+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
• 4+ years of hands-on experience working with lean approaches and agile development practices
• 4+ years of direct work experience in large scale program management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution
• Proven understanding of the product life cycle
• Foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure and architecture
• Foundational knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and software development methodologies
• BA, BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related technology field

• Guide and advise leadership in communicating and amplifying product vision, goals, and strategic themes
• Understand, evaluate, and govern value streams
• Partner with Engineering and Product to help develop and track product roadmaps
• Manage complex, cross-functional initiatives throughout the product development lifecycle from inception through launch
• Set the right expectations with stakeholders and anticipate and mitigate risks
• Assess, adapt, and introspect right-fit delivery frameworks to help the team achieve their goals efficiently
• Improve team performance by encouraging reflection and continuous improvement
• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment requiring good judgment and flexibility
