StubHub is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Design Systems Designer for the Foundations team, which focuses on enhancing the product experience for fans buying and selling tickets. This role involves creating and refining UI components and patterns while collaborating closely with product teams to ensure design consistency. The designer will also lead efforts in evolving scalable frameworks for AI features and maintain design system documentation. • 5+ years of professional experience as a product or visual designer, including hands-on experience building or maintaining a design system for web or mobile apps.
• Expertise in Figma, with a strong ability to execute design work at a high level of craft and accuracy.
• Demonstrated success leading workstreams in ambiguous environments and organizations with evolving product development processes.
• A portfolio showcasing attention to detail, collaborative work, and strong visual design.
• Bachelor's degree in HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Own the growth and maintenance of Figma component and variable libraries, ensuring high quality and alignment with design system standards.
• Partner closely with design system engineers on the design and implementation of design system components.
• Collaborate with product teams to design and refine components for web and native apps.
• Define and evolve scalable frameworks and patterns for AI features that enable dynamic content experiences.
• Actively support product teams by providing feedback, guidance, and education on using design system components effectively.
• Create and maintain design system documentation, ensuring accuracy and discoverability.
• Understand gaps and opportunities in the design system and contribute to its vision.
