StubHub is seeking Senior Software Engineers to design and develop next-generation technologies for enhancing the live event experience. The role involves tackling significant challenges as part of the Audience Intelligence team, which focuses on creating a unified identity graph for better customer insights. Senior Software Engineers will mentor team members and demonstrate leadership qualities while fostering an inclusive workplace. The position is hybrid, based in Century City, CA or Aliso Viejo, CA.

• 5-6+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Extensive experience developing robust, mission-critical systems using multiple general-purpose programming languages such as Java or C#.
• Demonstrated expertise in building software with Infrastructure, Databases, Data Processing, Machine Learning, Distributed Systems, Security, and Privacy.
• Previous experience designing and developing solutions to complex problems with significant business impact.
• A strong understanding of how systems interact with the broader production environment.
• Proven ability to learn other coding languages, platforms, frameworks, and tools.
• Experience owning projects from the initial idea to production.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers.

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain impactful improvements across all StubHub’s platforms and products.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure best practices across code.
• Manage individual initiative priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with technical expertise.
• Mentor other team members and help increase their technical capabilities.
