Job description

This role is designed for recent graduates who seek hands-on production experience and mentorship in a collaborative environment. The Consumer Experience team at StubHub focuses on enhancing the live event experience for millions of fans through innovative web and mobile platforms. Engineers will work closely with experienced team members to build AI-first consumer product experiences and contribute to high-traffic systems. This position offers the opportunity to learn quickly while delivering impactful features at a global scale.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate or software engineer with up to 1 year of experience, including internships or substantial academic projects.
  • Strong fundamentals in computer science, including data structures, algorithms, and core programming concepts.
  • Basic experience in building user-facing applications and consuming APIs.
  • Exposure to LLMs or GenAI tools, such as Anthropic or ChatGPT, through coursework, internships, or side projects.

Responsibilities

  • Build AI-first consumer product experiences to enhance ticket discovery and purchasing.
  • Integrate AI into the development process using GenAI tools to streamline the full development lifecycle.
  • Deliver features that support personalization and reliable performance across global platforms.
  • Collaborate with experienced engineers to own features end-to-end and ensure high-quality craftsmanship.
