The Workday HRIS Analyst will enhance Benefits, Time Off, and Leave programs within the Human Resources team. This role requires a passion for HR Technology and a focus on system configuration and data quality. The analyst will work closely with HR team members and business stakeholders to develop system requirements and troubleshoot issues. The position is based in New York and requires onsite presence four days a week.
Requirements
- A four-year degree in HR, Business, IT/IS, MIS, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- A minimum of 4+ years of hands-on Workday experience with proficiency in multiple Workday modules, particularly Benefits Operations.
- Workday Pro Certification is a plus.
- Experience with Workday Prism is a plus.
- Excellent collaboration, influencing, and problem resolution skills are required.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues is necessary.
- Strong Excel skills, including proficiency in advanced formulas and pivot tables, are required.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and understand HR data security is essential.
Responsibilities
- Develop and support Workday system functionality for Benefits, Leave, and Time Off plans.
- Collaborate with HR team members and other business stakeholders on system requirements and testing plans.
- Research, analyze, and troubleshoot Workday issues.
- Review and reconcile data from multiple sources, identifying and fixing issues.
- Test and document all changes prior to migration to Production.
- Effectively prioritize workload comprised of both transactional and project-based tasks.
