The Senior QA Analyst role is part of the Electronic Trading Quality Engineering (ETQE) Team, which focuses on delivering high-quality software for the world's largest OTC electronic trading platform. The analyst will design and execute tests throughout the software development lifecycle and post-deployment. Collaboration with Product and Application Engineers is essential to ensure thorough testing of client trading workflows. The position emphasizes both manual and automated testing methodologies to maintain superior product quality.

• 4+ years of relevant work experience in the financial services industry, ideally in financial markets and/or electronic trading.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholder teams.
• Passion for testing and delivering quality software at speed.

• Design accurate and thorough test strategies and plans to ensure superior product quality.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to understand and validate functional requirements.
• Execute testing across manual and automated methodologies to ensure robust coverage.
• Take responsibility for the full testing lifecycle of trading products.
• Validate system resiliency by testing performance, load, concurrency, edge cases, and race conditions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver automated testing and integrate feature usage metrics.
• Proactively identify risks and communicate them clearly to stakeholders.
• Assess product quality from an end-user perspective and recommend enhancements.
• Mentor team members on domain expertise and testing best practices.
• Build strong relationships across Product, Engineering, and external clients to drive alignment on quality goals.
• Contribute to the broader vision of continuous testing and continuous deployment.
