The HVAC Engineer will focus on delivering innovative HVAC design solutions for Data Center clients in the Phoenix, AZ area. This role is part of the Advanced Manufacturing Group at Jacobs, which aims to provide cost-effective and transformative projects. The engineer will work alongside a team of engineers and designers, conducting field investigations and preparing construction design packages. The position requires collaboration with a multi-discipline team to establish design criteria and develop optimized processes.

• At least three years of experience in the design of HVAC systems.
• Thorough knowledge of codes and standards related to HVAC design.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Ability to work within a fast-paced team environment with multiple deadlines.

• Layout and design HVAC systems for various clients, including data centers.
• Develop design criteria for HVAC systems, including temperature and humidity control.
• Create conceptual and preliminary design documents, including calculations and P&IDs.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure project success.
