Requirements
- Candidate must have 16 years of experience that can be a combination of work history and education.
- Must be compliant with DoD 8140 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level 2.
- Deep expertise in container orchestration technologies like Kubernetes in Linux environments is required.
- Proficiency in Linux (RHEL) with experience administering tools in virtualized or containerized environments is necessary.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities along with solid communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain the OpenText Network Operations Management system architecture.
- Provide SME support and guidance to junior administrators and operators managing user accounts and access controls.
- Plan, install, configure, secure, upgrade, and patch the OPTIC Data Lake in containerized environments.
- Monitor and optimize the performance and stability of the OpenText NOM and OPTIC DL systems.
- Configure and manage data ingestion into the OPTIC Data Lake for seamless integration.
- Administer the OPTIC DL, including data ingestion, storage, backup, and restore processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to installation and configuration.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation according to standards.
- Automate routine operational processes using scripting to increase efficiency.
