• Design, implement, and maintain the OpenText Network Operations Management system architecture.
• Provide SME support and guidance to junior administrators and operators managing user accounts and access controls.
• Plan, install, configure, secure, upgrade, and patch the OPTIC Data Lake in containerized environments.
• Monitor and optimize the performance and stability of the OpenText NOM and OPTIC DL systems.
• Configure and manage data ingestion into the OPTIC Data Lake for seamless integration.
• Administer the OPTIC DL, including data ingestion, storage, backup, and restore processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to installation and configuration.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation according to standards.
• Automate routine operational processes using scripting to increase efficiency.
