Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Civil, or Geotechnical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the environmental remediation industry.
- At least 2 years of experience designing sediment dredging and/or environmental remedial actions.
- Experience in writing specifications and preparing design documents.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate site conditions and determine data needs for sediment remediation projects.
- Assess remedial alternatives and perform engineering calculations.
- Develop designs and prepare work plans and reports.
- Communicate effectively with team members through written and verbal means.
- Support fieldwork and oversee the gathering of design data.
