• Substantial professional experience in the rail and transit industry with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• A bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Experience with all types of rail and transit vehicle design, maintenance, and operation.
• Strong understanding of technological needs and trends affecting the rail and transit industry.
• Excellent problem-solving, judgment, decision-making, and analytical skills.

• Provide rail and vehicle engineering support for consulting assignments involving light rail, medium rail, and advanced rapid transit systems.
• Lead the rail vehicle engineering discipline team and provide expert support on design, integration, and failure analysis.
• Support field implementation and assess the performance of newly furnished fleets and systems.
• Stay informed of industry trends and best practices that can affect the rail and transit industry.
• Coordinate and develop positive relationships with clients, contractors, and their staff.
